This communication channel allows you to submit COMPLAINTS regarding suspected irregularities at Liberty Work, as defined by Law 2/2023 of February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combats corruption. If you have or have had an employment or professional relationship with Liberty Work (for example, if you are or have been an employee, an intern, or someone who works or has worked for or under the supervision and direction of Liberty Work’s contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers), and you have witnessed or been a victim of any irregular conduct within the organization, you can submit the appropriate report through this channel.
This channel allows, if desired, the submission of anonymous information, guaranteeing the absence of any kind of retaliation for reports submitted in good faith. The complainant must have reasonable grounds to support their report, and the submission of false or distorted information, as well as information obtained illegally, is excluded.
This reporting channel is not for:
Submitting suggestions, complaints, proposals, or other considerations.
Reporting unfounded or false conflicts.
However, you may direct your communication to the external information channels of the competent authorities and, where applicable, to the institutions, bodies, or agencies of the European Union, such as: the National Anti-Fraud Coordination Service (SNCA); the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF); the Public Prosecutor’s Office; or the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection (AII).

Liberty Work is committed to treating all personal data received through the complaint reception, management, and registration process with absolute confidentiality and in accordance with the purposes set forth in Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and combating corruption. Liberty Work will adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee data security and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which it is exposed, all in compliance with the provisions of personal data protection legislation.
The legal basis for processing your data is the public interest, in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, as well as compliance with a legal obligation based on the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and combating corruption.
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, unless it is considered that the reported facts could constitute a crime or administrative offense, in which case the person responsible for processing the report will inform the competent administrative or judicial authority. No international data transfers will be carried out either.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection to the processing of your data, where applicable, by contacting the data controller via email at administracion@liberty-work.com.
